Hello,
My name is Monica Purvis and I am the school counselor for Berrien Elementary School. I received my National Certification in counseling in 2013 and my state license in counseling in 2014. I have enjoyed helping and seeing smiles on other people's faces for over twenty years. My purpose as a counselor is to assist students in overcoming obstacles in order to be successful socially, emotionally, and academically. Also, ensuring the safety of the students on campus and off is an important part of my job. If you have questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.
