For Parents of Students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP)
Mrs. Harrod serves as support and coach at the school and classroom levels in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Response to Intervention. Response to Intervention (RTI) is a three-tiered educational approach that provides short-term, evidence-based services to struggling students.
She also provides teachers with materials, support, and professional development experiences by mentoring, providing workshops, and/or encouraging professional growth.
